Will Congress use it's power to enforce law?

Friday was the 60 day mark for president Obama's unilateral invasion of Lybia. According to the War powers Resolution passed in 1973, which was Obama's justification in going to war whith Lybia, Congress must approve of the presidents actions within 60 days of notification of hostiliites.

So, as of this morning, President Obama is in violation of the War powers Act, and Congress needs to do it's constitutional duty, and demand that he end all military operations in Lybia. If congress refuses to act on this unconstitution act of aggression, then they are all complicit, in his illegal actions.
