Q103-Where Rock Lives Free Beer and Hot Wings

The Free beer and hot wings show has been on in Albany ever since Howard Stern left to go to Sirius Radio. I have been a listener ever since their first day here, when I was wondering "Who the hell are these guys, and what happened to Howard". If you are not a listener, all that I can say is give them a try for about a week. They do grow on you, once you figure out which one is which. I started this page after I was selected as the Station Mayor for the city of Albany. I am supposed to report all show relevant news stories and events to the guys, so that they can keep up with what it's like in this area. Think fast contest was a ball

The Free Beer and Hot wings show came up to Northern Lights this weekend with their Think Fast Big Money Game show. Free Beer, Zane, and Producer Joe were there. Hot Wings was home on baby duty, I quess. The contest was fun, even though I didn't win. My team was pretty smart, but smart don't win this game all the time.

They did have a fat-guy dance contest which I got to partake in. Hopefully, I won't be able to next year. I lost that too.

overall, a good time was had by all, and the guys were nice enough to hang out afterwords and talk to everyone and take some pictures. You can see them at the Q103 website by clicking here.

Tonight at Northern Lights, is the Free Beer and Hot Wings Big Money Challlenge. As Station Mayor for Albany, I will be there, and yes, I did secure a last minute seat at one of the money tables. I will see what kind of pictures and video I can get and I will post it here tomorrow.

The Eric Zane Beat Down

There was a verbal assault on the show this morning, which I usually thoroughly enjoy. Not today however, because I was the target of one of Zane's Tirades. Let's see if I can can remember all of the names I was called in the span of about three minutes on the show this morning.



In my defense, the picture on by Bio is of me after about an hour climb up the Great Wall of China, but Someone cropped out the wall. The full picture can be seen below. I also included a picture of me at the Berlin wall when I was stationed in Germany. You can call these the before and after pictures.

I am not one to hold a grudge, but I am one with a website and photoshop. It will be very interesting to see what pictures may be popping up from time to time.
I will thank you though Zane. I got home from work and hit the treadmill. You can continue to ride me for about 30lbs worth, after that I'm going to Outback to get a steak.
